Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing M&E's Sweets N' Treats. We offer convenient shipping options to ensure that you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner.

Here are the details of our shipping policy:

  • Orders placed by Tuesday will be shipped by the following Thursday of that week.
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping destination.
  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
